    Here at Captain Mike's Bluewater Seafood we like to serve you the freshest, best tasting fish we can get our hands on. All of our seafood is fresh and local. Of course there are some that you just can't get locally. i.e. Salmon. We have kind workers that like to treat you like family, because we are a family business. We offer a variety of seafood which include shrimp, filets of fish, whole fish, oysters, clams, crabs, and more. Our stand is located in Okatie, South Carolina on Highway 170 2439 N Okatie. About our seafood

    At Captain Mike's Bluewater Seafood we are a seafood market not a restaurant. We sell all of our seafood raw. Our seafood choices and prices are as follows:

Shrimp

In our shrimp selection we have Head-On and Head-Off. Right now we only have Head-Off due to shrimp season being closed. Prices are:

Head-On:
    Medium - $4.99/lb.
    Large     - $5.99/lb.
    Jumbo   - $6.99/lb.

Head-Off:
    Medium - $7.99/lb.
    Large     - $8.99/lb.
Extra Large- $9.99/lb.
    Jumbo    - $10.99/lb.


Filets of Fish

In our Filet selection we have Flounder, Grouper, Tilapia, and Salmon. We also have Freshly Frozen Filets which include Tuna, Whiting, Red Snapper, and Catfish. Our FLounder, Grouper, and Tilapia are available frozen as well.  Prices are:

Fresh:
    Grouper - $8.50/lb.
    Tilapia   - $5.99/lb.
    Flounder - $9.99/lb.
    Salmon  - $9.99/lb.

Freshly Frozen:
    Tuna      - $15.99/lb.
    Whiting - $5.99/lb.
    Red Snapper - $7.99/lb.
    Catfish  - $7.50/lb.


Whole Fish

In our wholefish selection we have Tilapia, Croaker, Mullet, Whiting, and Flounder. These are fresh fish. Prices are:

    Tilapia - $3.50/lb.
    Croaker - $4.49/lb.
    Mullet - $3.49/lb.
    Whiting - $3.99/lb.
    Flounder - $6.49/lb.


Oyster/Clams

Our Oysters and Clams are fresh and local! Our Oysters are from May River and are clustered. Our Clams are Littlenecks. We also have a limited supply of single Oysters from Maryland. Prices are:

Oysters (Clustered)
    Bag of 15 - $6
    Half Bushel - $18
    Bushel - $30

Oysters (Single)
    Dozen - $5

Clams
    Dozen - $4


Miscellaneous

We have other seafood choices that do not have catagorize to there own. They include Conch (out of shell), Scallops, Calamari, Crawfish, and Snow Crab Claws. Prices are:

Scallops - $6.50 1/2 lb.
Calamari - $5.99/lb.
Crawfish - $4.99/lb.
Snow Crab Claws - $9.99/lb.
Conch - $7.99/bag


Crabs

At Captain Mike's Bluewater Seafood we sell LIVE BLUE CRABS! Although we don't have them in stock due to high prices we will continue to sell them as soon as we can!
We have #1 Crabs which are Large Males and we have #2 Crabs which are Smaller Males. Prices will be available when we get the crabs in stock.


About Captain Mike

    Our amazing founder, Captain Michael Saturday, is a great leader and more importantly a great dad. He is father to 4 kids, 3 daughters and 1 son. He is also a great father to me, his future son-in-law. Not only does he act like a father to his daughter he already treats me like a son. Captain Mike has been in the shrimping business nearly 50 years. He knows a thing or two about sea levels, tides, shrimp, fish, and being a good man. Captain Mike always has a smile on his face especially when dealing with customers. He is a great man who would do anything for his family and customers.  Unfortunately, Captain Mike has pancreatic cancer. He was diagnosed in August, but luckily they found it early. He has been going through chemotherapy and radiation since then, but he is doing a lot better!  Sometime in March he will be going to get surgery to get the cancer out for good. We all pray for him and he has always had his head up because he knows his family as well as his customers believe he will get over this cancer.
